Teri's knowledge of senior health services and dementia care is vast. Since 2007 Teri has assisted hundreds of clients and their families in navigating difficult elder care decisions for in-home care, assisted care, nursing home, end-of-life care, and other ancillary services. In 2013 began her understanding of Colorado Medicaid and in 2019 earned a Certified Senior Advisor™️ designation. Teri is a Texas native, married Patrick and raised 4 children, and is a yoga enthusiast.

Mike graduated with a degree in accounting and a law degree from the University of Denver and spent most of his 37-year legal career as a tax attorney. In 2010 began specializing in Medicaid Planning and is an accredited VA attorney. Mike has been a frequent presenter for the Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, and National Stroke Association. He takes pride in making sure clients are well informed to lessen the stress for the client and caregiver family. He enjoys playing hockey, and golf and spending time with his wife Mary, extended family, and grandkids.

With over 25+ years in corporate and real estate sales and numerous volunteer activities, Tana has always been all about helping others and brings a deep level of compassion to help our clients. She has first-hand experience caring for an elderly parent and understanding the challenges. A Texas native. She raised 2 boys with her husband Jim. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, spending time with her granddaughter, and getaway beach vacations.
Chad Hartmann, Client Services - Senior Real Estate Specialist
Chad a Colorado native. He attended Colorado State University and has been a resident of Arvada for most of his life. Chad married his high school sweetheart. Chad has enjoyed a 25+ year professional career focusing on the unique needs of older adults in the Long-Term Care, Hospice, and Palliative care industries. Now as a real estate agent, he uses that knowledge and expertise in elder care to help guide clients through the transition process.
